Who can fly?
Anyone with the dream to fly and soar in the sky can participate. Participants should be within a weight range of 35 kg to 100 kg.
People of almost all ages, including children and older adults, can enjoy the activity as long as they are able to walk and run a few steps during takeoff.
The takeoff and flying procedure is handled by the pilot, and the participant only needs to follow the pilot’s instructions. Once airborne, participants can simply relax, enjoy the scenic views, and capture photos or videos during the flight.
Where is the takeoff point in Srinagar and how do I reach there?
The takeoff point is located at Astanmarg in the Harwan area of Srinagar, situated on the Zabarwan Range.
It is approximately a 10–15 minute drive from Shalimar Bagh.
Participants need to reach Harwan Bridge, which is located next to Harwan Garden. This serves as the meeting point, where our team manager will meet you with a 4WD vehicle that will take you to the takeoff point approximately 6 km further up the mountain.
Please note that this transportation is not complimentary and is included only in the ₹3400 and ₹3700 tickets.
Is it a family activity? Can my child and my mother participate?
Yes, paragliding is a family-friendly activity.
Children and older adults can participate as long as they fall within the weight range of 35 kg to 100 kg.
If a child weighs slightly less than 35 kg, we may be able to adjust 5–7 kg using ballast bags. However, children significantly below this weight may not fit properly in the flight harness, which can create a safety risk.
Holding children during the flight by parents or guardians is not permitted under any circumstances, as it poses a safety risk.
For participants above 100 kg, unfortunately the flight cannot be conducted due to safety limitations.

I am unsure of my date of flight. Can I block a flight slot?
Yes. When a payment is made for a specific date and time slot, the booking is recorded in our daily flight register.
Without advance payment, booking requests are considered tentative, and priority will always be given to customers with confirmed online bookings.

What happens if the weather turns bad or I am not able to reach on time?
If weather conditions are unfavorable or there are circumstances beyond normal control, a 100% refund will be issued.
If you arrive late for your scheduled flight slot, the next participant in line may be given preference.

What if I booked online and my travel plans changed?
If your travel plans change, you cannot reach the pickup point, or you decide to cancel, you will receive a 100% refund if the cancellation is made at least 2 hours before the scheduled flight time.
Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used during booking.
Note
•A transaction fee (approximately ₹85) may be deducted for cancellations, depending on the payment gateway’s policy.
•No transaction fee will be deducted if the cancellation is due to adverse weather conditions.
•Free rescheduling may be provided in case of a change of date or travel plans, subject to slot availability.
